Conference fees include a full conference pass, tickets for site visits (pre-registration required), breakfast, snacks, and lunch on both full days of the conference, as well as the opening night reception.

Between October 31 – December 11, 2015, all cancellations will incur a 50% fee of the full conference registration. No refunds for cancellations will be made after 4:00pm EST on December 11, 2015.
